Citityy was born from the idea of providing high-quality real estate investment and development services driven by value creation. At the core of our operations are new technologies and data analytics, years of experience and research, an exceptional customer experience, extensive contact networks, and a passion for learning new things. Above all, we want to create new, viable real estate development projects.

We noticed that the Finnish real estate landscape lacks an operator that openly strives, right from the start, to model a development project by taking into account the profitability perspectives of all parties involved (property owner, designer, contractor, end-users, ultimate investor), while considering the project's most potential commercial and technical constraints. Traditionally, various parties sub-optimize the project solely through their own interests, which often leads to mediocre project success. At worst, a potential project is halted right at the beginning or pushed too far while wasting resources.

In the early stages of a development project, relevant information is often relatively scarce, and essential data is frequently scattered across various expert and construction companies. Especially for the current owner of a property with development potential, acquiring the necessary information requires time, money, and expertise.

We decided to develop a more efficient solution to the problem, enabling a fast and resource-efficient analysis of the commercial and technical feasibility of a real estate development project. A development project is profitable and viable if all the different parties see sufficient value in it. The parametric real estate development calculation model, which takes into account the interests of all parties, is the starting point of our operations and serves as the backbone of our site development.
